How Shipping Works
When you place an order on Sole Obsession, our system automatically generates a pre-paid shipping label for the seller. This ensures consistent, trackable delivery for every order and removes the burden of shipping costs from our sellers.
All packages are sent fully tracked. Most UK orders go via DPD; for Highland and Island postcodes (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, KA, ZE, HS, IM, JE, GY) we use an alternative tracked carrier where DPD next-day isn't available. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Every seller on Sole Obsession undergoes identity verification before they can list items. This ensures authenticity, accountability, and a secure marketplace for all buyers.

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

! We don't ship to Northern Ireland
All Northern Ireland addresses (every BT postcode — BT1 through BT94, covering Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Newry, Lisburn, Bangor, Coleraine, Enniskillen and the rest of NI) are currently outside our delivery network. Please email us to be notified when this changes.
Shipping Costs
£5.99 flat rate tracked delivery for socks. Footwear (boots, shoes, heels, slippers) ships at £12.99 per seller to cover the larger parcel. Same price wherever we ship in the UK.
Socks — £5.99 per seller
Flat rate, fully tracked, plain unmarked packaging. If your cart has items from multiple sellers, each seller's parcel ships separately at £5.99.
Footwear — £12.99 per seller
Boots, shoes, heels, trainers and slippers ship in a bigger parcel and at a heavier weight, so we charge £12.99 per seller. Still fully tracked, still plain packaging. You'll see this rate quoted before you pay at checkout.
Highlands, Islands & Isle of Man
Same flat rates above. We use an alternative tracked carrier in these areas because DPD next-day service isn't available — your order can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive, still in plain unmarked packaging.
