How Shipping Works
When you place an order on Sole Obsession, our system automatically generates a pre-paid shipping label for the seller. This ensures consistent, trackable delivery for every order and removes the burden of shipping costs from our sellers.
All packages are sent fully tracked. Most UK orders go via DPD; for Highland and Island postcodes (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, KA, ZE, HS, IM, JE, GY) we use an alternative tracked carrier where DPD next-day isn't available. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

All Northern Ireland addresses (every BT postcode — BT1 through BT94, covering Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Newry, Lisburn, Bangor, Coleraine, Enniskillen and the rest of NI) are currently outside our delivery network. Please email us to be notified when this changes.

UK Mainland
£5.99 flat rate, fully tracked.
Highlands, Islands & Isle of Man
Same £5.99 flat rate. We use an alternative tracked carrier in these areas because DPD next-day service isn't available — your order can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive, still in plain unmarked packaging.
